Critics bashed Hunter Biden for allegedly trashing $25,000-a-month leased home and failing to pay three months in rent.
According to a recent report, Hunter Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen, left their upscale rental property in Venice Beach, California in a state of disarray.
The owner, Jonathan Neman, co-founder and CEO of Sweetgreen, reportedly faced numerous issues during their 2021 stay, including damage to the property and unpaid rent.
Sources claim that Biden and Cohen were disrespectful and rude, damaging stereo equipment and leaving the place dirty.

When repairs to the home were needed to fix something they destroyed, the couple were uncooperative.
Eventually, they moved out after living in the residence for just six months, leaving Neman to deal with the chaotic aftermath.
The internet was not surprised that the first son left behind a trail of destruction at the home.
“Crackheads tend to do that sort of thing,” a Twitter user posted on Wednesday.
“The second least-surprising story of 2023,” someone captioned the original article.
“Why pay for repairs when you can jet set over to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave for hookers and blow,” one person added.
“Is anyone shocked by this?” Another questioned. “I bet the WH residence is a f***ing dump too.”
When Hunter and Melissa moved out, they allegedly owed Neman three months’ rent, totaling $80,000.
The farm-to-table chain CEO eventually sold the three-story home for $3.94 million, taking a significant loss on the home’s original $4.85 million purchase price.
Despite the damages and unpaid rent, Neman chose not to take legal action against Biden.
“The guy had to have his child support payments drastically reduced… yet he can afford to rent and trash this?” One person asked.
“Is anyone surprised that this is what Joe & Jill raised?” a Twitter user wondered about Hunter.
“The Bidens are a real class act,” another wrote.
“Could he be any more of a loser?” someone tweeted. “Smartest guy the “President” knows. That says it all.”
“This is the kind of low life that occupies the White House,” somebody concurred.
The property had to be cleaned up before it could be sold, which further added to Neman’s inconvenience.
The residence itself is unsurprisingly luxurious, occupying 3,735 square feet with two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The new owners have repainted the mansion black and it features a pool, 25-foot-high acoustic ceilings, and a hidden TV in the living room wall.
Located just one block away from the beach, it offers stunning views of the historic canal.
The Biden’s immediately moved to Malibu after trashing Neman’s Venice Beach pad.
Their Southern California rental is a described as a “resort-style” with “enchanting” 180-degree panoramic ocean views, according to the property listing.
Why r we paying $30k/month to protect a crook named Hunter Biden. His rental on the beach is $20k/month. How about Joe Biden get him an apt in DC. Like 1 bdrm unit. This is ridiculous but no coverage on Pro-dem media ABC NBC CBS MSNBC. Only Fox gives you truthful news. pic.twitter.com/mLt1nB4bhC

Despite crying poor to reduce his child support payments to Lunden Roberts for their daughter Navy Joan, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion with a pool, spa, and built-in barbecue bar, set Hunter back around $20,000 a month.
In April of 2022, ABC News reported that Hunter’s Secret Service detail has been spending $30,000 a month to say close by to their charge.
The Spanish-style estate his detail rented was too swanky for any government employee to avoid on their salary.
The listing for the property declared that it was “resort style living at its finest,” with six bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the agents assigned to protect Hunter and his family.
The huge home, which was next door to Hunter’s rental, boasted a gym, tasting room, pool, spa, and a spiral staircase that ascends to a “castle-like tower to the master retreat with wet bar.”
