Adult film star Stormy Daniels regrets publicly revealing her alleged one-night stand with former President Donald Trump.
“Nobody cares what the truth is anymore,” she told Good Morning Britain this week.
Daniels said she came forward about her tryst with Trump, which he has repeatedly denied, because she was “telling the truth,” and has all of the “facts” and “evidence” to back up her claim.
Daniels also noted that she wanted to “set an example” for her daughter and other young women, that she “couldn’t be intimidated” by people in power.

Despite Trump’s indictment by a Manhattan grand jury in April, Daniels believes that he’ll “get away with” all 34 felony charges related to the reported hush-money payments made to cover-up the affair.
“I just feel like if people don’t want to face the facts and see the truth,” she admitted.
Daniels said if Trump wins the case, she would rather had the time wasted pursuing legal action back, so she could have spent it with her family.
When the interviewer asked why she felt so dejected when Trump’s criminal trial is still on the horizon, Daniels replied:
“Because I’m the one that gets the messages from his supporters. I was one whose horse was attacked a couple of weeks ago.”
“I’m the one who gets dragged,” she added.
The X-rated star pointed out that while E. Jean Carroll won her defamation case against the 45th president, Trump said “the same things” about her, and she lost.
Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $620,000 for legal fees related to her 2018 defamation case against him for calling her a “total con job” in a tweet.
“Do you realize that the statements she won her defamation case verbatim are the same things he said about me,” she questioned.
“Liar and con job, those are the exact words he used against me. She won five million dollars, I lost $600,000. How is that fair?”
She said that she’s so loathed by Trump supporters, that some of them climbed her fence and attacked her horse, but didn’t elaborate any further on the assault.
Daniels said that she’s not “frightened” by Trump himself, but his loyalists are a different story.
“He doesn’t scare me at all. I’m frightened of his sycophants and his followers,” she detailed.
“It’s the tone that has changed from the first time around, and I’ve spoken about this quite a bit.”
The adult film star said that the level of their menacing has escalated dramatically.
“In 2018, when the story first broke about me, of course I was attacked,” she stated.
“I was called a sl-t and a gold digger and all of these horrible things that I probably can’t say on TV, but you get the idea.”
“But now they’ve become bold,” Daniels noted. “And they’ve changed, their threats are more real.”
She explained that Trump supporters used to come after her from blocked accounts and fake phone numbers, but now they blatantly threaten her from easily traceable profiles.
“I can reverse look up the name and person who just literally said they’re going to come to my house and slit my throat,” she pointed out.
Daniels gave a speech at Oxford University the next day, and told the audience that she wants to see Trump behind bars.
“I hope his spray tan matches his outfit,” she quipped.
