Miller Lite is trying very hard not to spark a Bud Light-like controversy after a woke video ad went viral two months after they buried it.
The pro-female ad, which was released March to celebrate Women’s History Month, denounced beer brands for selling their swill by featuring bikini-clad women.
In the video, comedian Ilana Glazer gave a history lesson about how “women were the ones doing the brewing” since beer’s origin.
“Centuries later, how did the industry pay homage to the founding mothers of beer? They put us in bikinis,” she said while trashing promotional items featuring scantily dressed beer babes of the past.
No no no no no! Miller Lite is my beer! Who is running these companies?! Bad bad move. https://t.co/KfkXzBvMod

“It’s time beer made it up to women, so today, Miller Lite is on a mission to clean up not just their s–t, but the whole beer industry’s s–t,” Glazer continued.
She detailed how the brand was buying back the dated promotional material and turning it into composting material.
From there, the composted bikini babes would be turned into fertilizer and used to grow hops, which the company planned to donate to women brewers.
Meanwhile The Execs at Miller just realized their new ad just put them on the list with Bud Light!!! @MillerLite pic.twitter.com/z3JyWZI2dZ

However, after Bud Light’s Dylan Mulvaney controversy tanked Anheuser-Busch sales across the nation, Miller Lite quickly composted the female-forward ad campaign.
The video has been removed from most of the beer brand’s social media channels, and the URL for the campaign’s landing page reroutes to Miller Lite’s homepage.
Conservative critics were quick to blast the beer brand after the ad went viral on Monday.
“No no no no no! Miller Lite is my beer!” complained Tomi Lahren. “Who is running these companies?! Bad bad move.”
