Actor Michael Keaton came out swinging against Republican nominee Donald Trump in support of Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday.
In a short Instagram video, the 73-year-old “Beetlejuice” actor expressed concerns over Trump’s ties with billionaire Elon Musk, suggesting that attendees of their rallies are being misled.
“For some of you folks who – guys mostly, I guess – who are thinking about attending a rally with Musk and Trump: they don’t really respect you” he declared.
“They laugh at you behind your back, they think you’re stupid,” Keaton added.

He claimed that both Trump nor Musk have any regard for the working-class supporters at these gatherings.
“They don’t want to hang out with you, they have nothing in common with you – they’re not your bros,” the former “Batman” star remarked.
Musk has made waves by endorsing the former president’s reelection, which he recently dubbed a “must-win scenario.”
Musk has also inflamed liberals by funding the America PAC, which has been giving away $1 million a day to randomly selected signers in seven battleground states.
Musk justified the giveaway by saying it was necessary to spread the word since “legacy media won’t report about it.”
According to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, it should be probed by law enforcement.
During a segment on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” host Kristen Welker questioned the legality of Musk’s proposal.
“I think there are real questions with how he is spending money in this race, how the dark money is flowing, not just into Pennsylvania, but apparently now into the pockets of Pennsylvanians. That is deeply concerning,” Shapiro remarked.
“Look, Musk obviously has a right to be able to express his views,” he continued. “He’s made it very, very clear that he supports Donald Trump. I don’t.”
On Wednesday, the Department Of Justice warned Musk that his giveaway might violate election laws, which led to no winner being selected the same day.
During Keaton’s rant, he referred to a 2016 comment from Trump to bolster his claims that the former President doesn’t care about the average Joe.
“I’m telling you, when Trump – years ago, I guess – said, ‘I could shoot somebody on 5th Avenue and they’d still vote for me,’ basically what he’s saying in parentheses is, these people are so stupid, they’re so dumb, they’d still vote for me,” the Oscar winner continued.
He concluded the video by asserting that Trump and Musk don’t respect their followers. “They have no respect for you, trust me,” he said.
Keaton was also featured in a YouTube ad aimed at voters in Western Pennsylvania, noting his concern over the election’s outcome.
“You know what, this is getting really, really scary – me? If he gets elected, chances are I’ll be okay – middle class ain’t going to be okay,” he claimed.
“And if you’re young, you sure enough ain’t going to be okay – I’m telling you, it’s going to get bad.”
Though he said that he didn’t want to be negative, Keaton alluded to Harris’s sentiment, saying, “We ain’t going back.”
Previously, he endorsed Joe Biden, urging voters in a 2020 video to “end this insane chaos,” and rejecting another four years of Trump.
The same year, Keaton criticized Trump on Instagram, arguing that he was “obviously unfit” for office and should step down.

He even promised to write a note of thanks if Trump conceded, insisting he wasn’t being “condescending” but truthful.
During the September presidential debate, Keaton suggested that Harris successfully “schooled” Trump, exposing him as the “fake” he has always been.
