Notorious Donald Trump hater, actor Robert De Niro, went on such a wild rant about the ex-President during a morning show interview, that producers had to turn his microphone off.
The “Deer Hunter” star made an appearance on the Tuesday episode of ABC’s “The View” to plug his upcoming film “Ezra,” but went on an obscene tirade about Trump rather than talking about his role in the drama.
Naturally, liberal co-panelist Sunny Hostin asked De Niro, who has previously called Trump a “wannabe gangster,” what he thought about Trump polling ahead of Biden in five battleground states.
“Some people have criticized you, because you’ve been pretty open about your dislike for Mr. Trump and the dangers he poses to democracy,” the lawyer began.
De Niro says Trump "wants to do the worst he can possibly do" to the country and goes on a tirade cursing up a storm, resulting in his mic being cut.

“You once famously said you’d like to punch him in the face,” she pointed out. ” Any advice to the Biden campaign or the voters?”
“Well, I think I don’t understand why people are not taking him seriously. Because you read about it historically in other countries that they didn’t take the people seriously,” he said about Trump.
The “Analyze This” actor went on to compare the 45th president to two World War II dictators and claimed that it will “change the country” if he gets reelected later this year.
“I think of Hitler and Mussolini, ‘Oh, they’re fools and clowns.’ I hear it from some people. I mean, who does not think that this guy is going to do exactly what he says he’s going to do?” De Niro remarked.
“He’s done it already. And then what? We’re going to sit around and say, what, ‘We told you so?’” He added. “It’s going to happen.”
The “Raging Bull” star dropped his first f-bomb on the live broadcast while blasting Trump supporters.
“If he gets elected, it’s going to change this country for everybody,” he stated. “They might think that it’s going to make their life better, or they just want to, excuse my French, they just want to f— with the rest of the country.”
At that point the show cut his microphone, and when it was turned back on, the actor was sounding off on Trump supporters for standing behind the Republican candidate with “anger and hate.”
“I see what a hateful, mean-spirited, awful thing he is… He’s vicious. Why will he not do that in this country? He’s already done it,” De Niro continued to monologue.
“When I said I want to punch him in the face, it’s because of what he said to a person, a bystander at one of his rallies,” he claimed. “He wants to punch them in the face. You don’t talk that way to people. What kind of person does that?”
In February of 2016, a protester interrupted one of Trump’s rallies and was led out of the building by security guards, who he said were “being very gentle” with the demonstrator, while he’d rather “punch him in the face.”
He lamented about the “good old days” when the man would have met a less kind fate.
“You know what they used to do to a guy like that in a place like this?” Trump asked. “They’d be carried out on a stretcher, folks.”

Ahead of the 2016 Presidential Election, De Niro released a scathing video about Trump, where he called him a “national disaster” and an “embarrassment” to the country.
“He talks how he’d like to punch people in the face? Well, I’d like to punch him in the face,” the Academy Award winner said at the time.
“This is somebody that we want for president? I don’t think so,” he went on. “What I care about is the direction of this country, and what I’m very, very worried about is that it might go in the wrong direction with someone like Donald Trump.
While speaking on “The View,” De Niro stated that “It’s almost like he wants to do the worst that he could possibly do to show this country, to f— with us. His slogan should be ‘F— America, I want to f— America.’”
Moderator Whoopi Goldberg claimed that if Trump retakes the White House, he’ll have to be carried out in a coffin.
“If he becomes president again, he is not going to not stop being president. You understand this? His idea is to stay in until he drops dead,” she posited.
“That’s it. He’s not even conceding it now so imagine if he actually did win the election, it’s over. We’re going to have such civil strife,” De Niro said heatedly.
“All the things he says, because everybody is now on to him where he projects what he’s saying,” he concluded.
“It’s what he wants, what he envisions the world to be, which is chaos and craziness, total craziness.”
