A former employee of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is ready to rumble with founder Vince McMahon over wildly inappropriate and abusive sex acts against her during her tenure at the company.
McMahon, who became the Executive Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of TKO Holdings, when the WWE merged with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in September, tapped out of both his positions after former WWE employee Janel Grant elbow dropped his career with a salacious lawsuit.
Grant is accusing the 78-year-old of sex trafficking and engaging in disgusting bathroom behavior during a threesome he allegedly forced her to participate in.
The lawsuit, which also names the WWE, alleges that McMahon lured her into an intimate relationship with promises of career advancement, only to traffic her to other executives at the company and subject her to “extreme depravity.”

âAfter succumbing to the pressure for a physical relationship, Ms. Grant was slotted into an entry-level position as an âadministrator-coordinatorâ â a position McMahon created for her in WWEâs legal department,â the document reads.
Grant said that McMahon ordered her to have sexual encounters with former WWE wrestler and executive John Laurinaitis at his hotel room on a daily basis.
Laurinaitis and McMahon reportedly sexually assaulted her together in 2021. According to the filing, they forced themselves on her in a locked office and put her onto a table top between the two of them.
âShe begged them to stop, but they forced themselves on her, each taking turns restraining her for the other, while saying âNo means yesâ and âTake it, b***h,’â the lawsuit states.
In March of the same year, the CEO transferred Grant to the talent relations department, forcing her to report to Laurinaitis.
At one point, McMahon sent her a text message that told her he was “the only one who owns U and controls who I want to f*** U.”

He reportedly proved that to Grant by defecating on her head during a forced encounter with a “friend” in a hotel room, then made her resume sexual activities without cleaning herself for hours.
The former WWE CEO also reportedly made Grant create “personalized sexual content” for a “former UFC Heavyweight Champion” turned WWE star, who he was attempting to resign.
After closing the deal McMahon reportedly told her that she was required to have sex with the man as part of the agreement.

Additionally, Grant claims to have experienced physical harm, including bruising and bleeding, after the billionaire businessman roughly assaulted her with sex toys that he named after wrestlers in the organization.
Her employment, which McMahon reportedly made explicitly tied to his violent and lewd sexual behavior, lasted from 2019 to 2022.
She was able to get away from the WWE CEO when his wife Linda McMahon allegedly learned about the relationship and he “pressured” her to resign.
She exited the WWE in January 2022 after signing an NDA that was supposed to pay her $3 million for enduring McMahon.
By failing to pay off the rest of the money owed beyond the first $1 million installment, McMahon opened himself up to the lawsuit, which seeks to nullify the agreement.

After the lawsuit was filed, TKO Group Holdings said that though the matter predates the formation of the company, they “take Ms. Grantâs horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.â
Days later, McMahon released a statement on Friday that he had resigned from the company.
“I stand by my prior statement that Ms. Grant’s lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and is a vindictive distortion of the truth,” he said.
“I intend to vigorously defend myself against these baseless accusations, and look forward to clearing my name,” McMahon concluded.

Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis, said that the WWE “facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse” against her client, and “then swept it under the rug.”
“Ms. Grant hopes that her lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized,” Callis concluded.
“The organization is well aware of Mr. McMahonâs history of depraved behavior, and itâs time that they take responsibility for the misconduct of its leadership.â
