Joy Behar torched Giants rookie Jaxson Dart for introducing President Trump in New York last week, calling his support “stupidity and racism.”
Behar blasted Dart on Tuesday’s episode of *The View* after the quarterback’s appearance with Trump set off a wave of backlash.
“For somebody to back a guy like Trump whose history, and discrimination, and racism goes back to housing discrimination in the ’70s and DEI attacks and posting pictures of the Obamas as apes,” Behar said on Tuesday’s show.
“When [Dart is] on a team that’s 55% to 60% of the NFL … of black guys. That is just the definition of stupidity and racism,” Behar added.

Her comments came days after Dart stepped onto the stage at Rockland Community College and welcomed Trump to the crowd during a stump speech Friday in support of local Republican congressman Mike Lawler.
Dart, 23, tried to fire up the audience with a Giants-themed rally cry before bringing out the president.
“Look, Big Blue Nation, it’s a pleasure to be here. I’ve got to start this off with a ‘Go Big Blue.’ I’d love if you all would follow with me,” Dart said before leading the crowd in a chant.

“What an honor, what a privilege it is to be here. And without further ado, I’m grateful, I’m honored, I’m pleasured to introduce the 45th and 47th President of the United States of America, President Donald J. Trump,” he told the crowd.
Trump walked onstage to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA,” hugged Dart and later praised him as a “future Hall of Famer.”
🚨 LMFAO! President Trump just dropped this HILARIOUS line on NY Giants QB Jaxson Dart:
"Jaxson, you think you can play against women OK? Don't get involved, Jaxson, don't answer."
"He's this beautiful guy, he's got legs like tree trunks, this is NOT good for women!"

The president made a crack about biological men participating in women’s sports.
“I’m looking at Jaxson, I’d like to know, is there any woman in the audience that thinks they can tackle that guy? Because I’d like to meet you; I’d like to shake your hand,” Trump joked.
“Jaxson, do you think you could play against women OK?” he asked. “Do you think you’d have any problem? I don’t think so.”
🚨 VENEZUELAN DICTATOR NICOLAS MADURO IN U.S. CUSTODY 🚨 Do you AGREE Trump made America STRONG again??? ➡️➡️➡️ TAKE THE FREEDOM POLL NOW and stand with President Trump!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
He also marveled at the quarterback’s build while addressing the audience.
“I’m looking at Jaxson… I’m looking at the legs there,” Trump continued. “He’s this beautiful guy. He’s got legs like tree trunks. This is not a good thing for women.”
Dart’s appearance beside Trump incensed one of his Giants’ teammates. Abdul Carter, who was a rookie alongside the shot caller last year, reacted on X the next morning after seeing Dart introduce Trump.
BOOM! Jaxson Dart walked on stage with President Trump and reportedly moved hundreds of thousands of dollars in jerseys overnight.
The media can cry all they want, but supporting Trump and loving America is becoming the biggest brand boost in the country!

“Thought this s*** was AI, what we doing man,” the linebacker wrote.
That kicked off a pile-on, with ex-players, current players, media types and fans all weighing in on whether Carter should’ve blasted a teammate in public and whether Dart should’ve been on that stage in the first place.
Carter later tried to cool the situation down before the Giants head into training camp run by new head coach John Harbaugh.
“Me & JD6 (Dart) are good! We spoke earlier as Men. Yall can keep yall narratives,” Carter posted Saturday night. He has since deleted the posts.
Former Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes quickly sided with Dart and took aim at Carter’s public criticism.
“The locker room is a sacred place because it brings together everyone from all walks of life and beliefs for one common goal. Calling a teammate out publicly for his political views and to get attention is nasty work,” Tynes wrote.
Former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason went even harder, framing Carter as the one who crossed the line.
“This was a real error on the part of Abdul Carter, not on the part of Jaxson Dart,” Esiason said on his radio show.

“Jaxson Dart was asked to introduce the President of the United States. How many people get an opportunity to do something like that, regardless of who the president is. You may have hated Barack Obama, you may have hated Joe Biden,” he went on.
“And some guys didn’t want to go to the White House because they didn’t like those presidents, just like other guys didn’t want to go to the White House because they didn’t like President Trump,” he added.
Esiason then turned his criticism directly on Carter, who caused trouble last season with his less-than professional antics.
“You were a man who was late to meetings, you were a man who didn’t live up to your draft choice,” he admonished..
“You’re a man who wanted to wear No. 56, and by the way your idol No. 56 has introduced Donald Trump numerous times, so I don’t want to hear this. He made another just boneheaded error by going to social media.”
New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan wrote on X, “sounds bout ole miss,” in a quip about Dart’s alma mater, the University of Mississippi.
Offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor pushed back on chatter that Dart’s politics had fractured the team.
“Locker Room is fine,” Eluemunor wrote on X. “Focus on New England.”
Wide receiver Darius Slayton jumped in, too, swatting down a bogus claim on social media that Dart had made a racist comment in the past.
Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey piled on Sunday night, writing, “The fake Trump hate funny to me. Majority voted for him but everybody seem to hate him lol … Somebody lying.”
Far left sports journalists Jemele Hill said there was nothing improper about reporters questioning Dart over the appearance.
“Nothing wrong with his support of Donald Trump, but it is completely appropriate and fair for journalists to ask him why,” she wrote.
Let’s not do that thing where we’re trying to pretend this isn’t what it looks like. Abdul Carter is a Black man and a Muslim and given the things that Trump has said about/done when it comes to both groups, it’s fair (and also not surprising) that he has a problem with it. https://t.co/OUY7ZxHUOc

When Tynes defended the quarterback and criticized Carter, Hill brought up race.
“So Jaxson Dart gets to publicly express his political beliefs, but Abdul Carter doesn’t? If this is about locker room sanctity and leadership, is it a good idea for the face of the franchise to attend a political rally for a president that is considered to be hugely divisive?” Hill asked.
“Let’s not do that thing where we’re trying to pretend this isn’t what it looks like,” she added.
“Abdul Carter is a black man and a Muslim and given the things that Trump has said about/done when it comes to both groups, it’s fair and also not surprising that he has a problem with it.”
OutKick founder Clay Travis mocked what he saw as selective outrage around the whole episode.
“In the NFL no one Tweets if you beat a woman, but don’t you DARE speak at an event when you’re invited by the president of the United States,” Travis wrote.

Fans were no less divided. Some Giants supporters ripped Dart for appearing with Trump at all.
“Jaxson Dart just let the world know how much of an idiot he is!” one critic wrote. “So stupid!”
“Seeing a Giants player introduce Trump in New York feels like a bad joke,” another added. “New Yorkers reject this kind of politics.”
Trump supporters, on the other hand, loved it. Presidential appointee Nick Adams declared the Giants “early favorites to win the NFC East with pro-Trump stud Jaxson Dart under center!”
“Athletes finally using their platform for something real instead of scripted virtue signals. Blue states are cracking, people want strength, not more decline,” another tweeted.
